  • Eggs- 2

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Using your hand, mix all ingredients until it combines thoroughly

  3. Pour the boiling water

Directions

  1. Mash banana
  2. Add coconut milk and peanut butter into it

  4. Freeze  the mixture in an ice cube tray

  • Peeled and chopped carrots- 3
  • Black pepper- ½ teaspoon
  • Cooked beef sirloin- 12 ounces
  • Chopped onion- 1
  • Low sodium beef stock- 4 cups
  • Chopped tomato- 1
  • Chopped celery- 4 stalks(stem)
  • Thai chili sauce- 1 teaspoon (optional or to taste)

Directions

  1. Heat your saucepan with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Add carrots and onions
  3. Cook for 2 minutes and add celery to it
  4. Continue to cook for another 3 minutes and add tomatoes to it
  5. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil and then reduce low
  6. Simmer the soup for 15 minutes
  7. Add beef, pepper, and Thai chili sauce into the soup stock
  8. Cook for 3 minutes
  9. Remove from heat and serve it immediately.

  • Tomato paste- 1 cup

  • Macaroni

  1. Boil the macaroni in a frying pan, cook the beef
  2. Add tomato paste, carrots and corn into it
  3. Cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add beef broth to it
  5. Put in oven at 350 degree
  6. Cook for another half an hour
  7. Remove from heat
