- Fleshless ground beef- 1 ounce
- Mixed veggies like broccoli, carrots, and apple- 1 ½ cup
- Eggs- 2
- Cottage cheese- ½ cup
- Rolled oats- 1 ½ cup

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Using your hand, mix all ingredients until it combines thoroughly
- Put into a heated pan
- Bake for 40 minutes
- Freeze in slices

- Pour the boiling water

- Peeled and chopped carrots- 3

- Cooked beef sirloin- 12 ounces

- Chopped celery- 4 stalks(stem)
- Thai chili sauce- 1 teaspoon (optional or to taste)
Directions
- Heat your saucepan with nonstick cooking spray
- Add carrots and onions
- Cook for 2 minutes and add celery to it
- Continue to cook for another 3 minutes and add tomatoes to it
- Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil and then reduce low
- Simmer the soup for 15 minutes
- Add beef, pepper, and Thai chili sauce into the soup stock
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Remove from heat and serve it immediately.

- Macaroni

Directions
- Boil the macaroni in a frying pan, cook the beef
- Add tomato paste, carrots and corn into it
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add beef broth to it
- Put in oven at 350 degree
- Cook for another half an hour
- Remove from heat
